What happens if an item is not available?

Generally, all items are in stock at all times.  We are backed by a dependable supplier that assures we will have your item available.  If unexpectedly, the item is not in stock, we will immediately notify you by e-mail or phone. 

Do you have any kind of satisfaction guarantee?

Depending on the item, our covers have either a one year or three year manufacturers' warranty.  Of course, all items are covered by a 30 day money back guarantee.  See the return policy.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Products are generally shipped within two business days.  The time it takes to arrive at any given destination depends largely on the shipping method.   Generally, it should take no more than a week if it is shipped within the US.  Of course, express shipping is available for an additional shipping fee.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes!  We will be happy to cancel any order before shipping has taken place.  If it has shipped, the return policy is in effect.

No, we do not sell or otherwise distribute your personal information.

How much is shipping?

There is a flat $12.95 fee for shipping and handling if the cover is shipped within the US.   Please call for international rates which can be arranged.
